IT Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12 (Essential)
  • Degree in Information Technology (Essential)
  • Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT/COBIT 5 (Essential)
  • PRINCE2 (Preferred)
  • 3 years in IT Management (Essential) and 5 years in IT support with a strong focus on software and governance
  • Previous experience in implementing IT strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To implement the Company’s IT strategy
  • To develop, implement and maintain an appropriate IT governance framework
  • To lead and optimize the Company’s use of ERP systems and other software
  • To source and monitor 3rd party service providers
  • To perform management functions for the IT department

Payroll Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12 with (with Maths and Accounting) (Essential)
  • Be computer literate with knowledge of excel (Essential)
  • Knowledge of Sage 300 People Payroll system (Essential)
  • A diploma and/or degree in finance or payroll (Advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience as a Payroll Administrator (Essential)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process payroll on time and access the Sage System.
  • Process new employees, staff movement and terminations on the payroll system.
  • Ensure that time sheets are printed and issued timeously.
  • Process authorised timesheets on the swipe system.
  • Ensure payments are verified for correction
  • Ensure payslips are printed timeously
  • Verify all payroll input
  • Maintain all payroll filing
  • Support management with reports, assist in identifying trends and monitor payroll costs.
  • Overtime reporting and recon
  • Ensure wage queries are resolved timeously
  • Ensure payroll deadlines are met and that employees are paid accurately

Cost Planning Co-ordinator
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Matric (Essential)
  • BCOM Finance (Essential)
  • Costing Experience – 5yrs or more experience (Essential)

  • Costing of Engineering Changes
  • Preparation of Factory Cost new Models/parts
  • Preparation of Sales Price for new Models/parts
  • Analysis of Supplier Price Increases
  • Analysis of cost movement between parts
  • Preparation of Customer Annual Price Adjustments
  • Preparation of Customer Quarterly adjustments
  • Preparation of all necessary Costing documentations for each Customer
  • Cost evaluation of all cost reduction ideas
  • Liaising with JV Partner and Customers on any costing/pricing queries
  • Tracking of Forex and Cu movements

  • 3 years’ experience in IATF16949 internal system auditing (Essential)
  • 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (Advantageous)
  • Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), FMEA, PPAP IMDS, SOC and ISO 9001 & IATF 16949.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To conduct audits and assessments of all suppliers as per customer and legal requirements
  • Monitor supplier quality performance in order to meet customer expectations
  • Monitor the supplier quality development in line with legal and quality requirements.
  • Compile and approve IMDS, SOC, PPAP documents based on customer requirements and all relevant administration
  • Ensure incoming quality meets with customer requirements
  • Investigation of defects with production and the supplier jointly
  • Ensure current and new processes implemented within department comply to IATF16949 and customer requirements
  • To perform general management functions to ensure smooth running of the department
  • Conduct annual and employee performance reviews with direct reports

  • Ensure that Employee Relations / Industrial Relations (ER/IR) Policies and Procedures for the handling of misconduct/incapacity exist and are developed in line with applicable legislation.
  • Provide a specialist consulting and advisory service for the company on all employee/industrial relations related policies, agreements, and procedures.
  • Provide an industrial relations training and development service for the company.
  • To assist and support management in trade union matters
  • To represent the company at the Dispute Resolution Centre (DRC)
  • To reduce the amount of (DRC) referrals by providing sound advice on labour law issues and delivering thoroughly researched and substantiated outcomes.
