
Training
The Hesto Training School was set up in April 2004 with 5 full time Trainers. Hesto staff visited Yazaki in the Phillippines to benchmark and setup Hesto's Training System. All current training material and system is in accordance with Yazaki standards. To date 1874 employees have been trained at the Training School.
We have also commenced with the Employee Licensing System which indicates which skill an employee is competent to perform in accordance with Quality Standards. Team members continually participate in Obeya activity and overseas study programs - HRD requirements are established and formalised at Obeya meetings for implementation at plant level.
