Hesto's shareholders comprise of the following investors :

METAIR INVESTMENTS (74.9%)

Metair Investments holds 74.9% shareholding in Hesto.  The Metair Group encompasses a portfolio of companies, manufacturing and distributing products for the automotive industry.  Hesto and the other operating subsidiaries, are autonomously managed and each have a specific product focus.  Automotive components are supplied to South African Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM'S).

YAZAKI CORPORATION (25.1%)

Yazaki, our licence partner for many years holds 25.1% shareholding in Hesto.
